"I was always amazed at the beautiful tile work," Dianne recalls. "The Italian ceramics are just outstanding, colorful and unique. Every room—kitchen, bedrooms, bathrooms—they all had gorgeous tiles."

"I did not know anything about tile, except that I loved it," Dianne admits.
